Established in 1991

The Club began in 1991 when J C Botterill decided to take up the sport of Bowls and encouraged some former Wootton Football Club members to take part.

They played in the Delapre Bowls League. Another club from Wootton was formed shortly afterwards and when the two clubs merged, Wootton Tigers & Wootton Lions began their journey.

The Tigers enjoyed many years of success and won the Delapre League for ten consecutive seasons.

In 2005, the club was invited to use the new bowling green in Grange Park and the club changed its name to Wootton Grange Bowls Club.

The club's greatest achievements to date are wining the Manfield Cup in 2011 and being runners up in the same competition in 2022.
